General Description
The G9915 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low dropout voltage at up to 1.5 Amps. The G9915 provides excellent regulation over variations in line, load and temperature. G9915 is stable with mini-mum 4.7μF MLCC (X5R) output capacitor.
The G9915 is available with 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V internally preset outputs.
