博雅BY25D40ASOIG参数规格书
博雅Y25D40AS是4M位串行外围接口（SPI）闪存，支持双SPI：串行时钟、芯片选择、串行数据I/O0（SI）、I/O1（SO）。双输出数据以108mbits/s的速度传输。该设备使用单个低压电源，范围从2.7伏到3.6伏。
此外，该设备支持JEDEC标准制造商和设备ID。为了满足环境要求，博雅电子提供8引脚SOP 150 mil或208mil、8引脚TSSOP 173 mil、8片USON 3x2 mm和其他特殊订单包。
