BY25Q64AS是64M位串行外围设备接口（SPI）闪存，并支持双/四通道SPI：串行时钟，芯片选择，串行数据I / O0（SI），I / O1（SO），I / O2（/ WP）和I / O3（/抓住）。双I / O数据以240Mbits / s的速度传输，四路I / O和四路输出数据以480Mbits / s的速度传输。该设备使用单个低压电源电源，范围从2.7伏到3.6伏。

此外，该设备支持JEDEC标准制造商和设备ID，另外三个256字节的安全寄存器。
