君正T21，采用28nm工艺，主频高达900MHz, BGA封装，君正T21是更经济型的SOC，广泛用于摇头机，枪机，球机等产品上，极致型200万像素编码处理器，Smart H.264编码引擎，超低码流控制，BOM成本控制，低功耗技术，内置以太网PHY。
