General Description
The G678 is a micro-power voltage detector supervis-ing the power supply voltage level for microprocessors (μP)  or  digital  systems.  They  provide  excellent  circuit  reliability  and  low  cost  by  eliminating  external  compo-nents.  It  provides  internally  fixed  threshold  level  of  2.3V/2.5V.  It  features  low  supply  current  of  3.3μA  at  VCC=3V.

These circuits perform a single function: they assert a reset signal whenever the VCC supply  voltage  declines  below  the  preset  threshold.  Once  VCC  recovered  up-crossing  the  threshold  level,  the  reset  signal  will  be  released.

The   G678   is   available   in   4-Pin   SC-70   (SC-82   /   SOT-343) Package.
